Busselton Civil & Plant Hire (BCP) is located in the South West Region of Western Australia, the business was originally established in 1997.

Busselton is the largest city in the South West region and BCP is Busselton’s largest civil contractor. Whilst civil engineering is the core activity of the business BCP also operates allied divisions that provide other services:

• – Civil contracting including road construction, earthworks, sewerage & drainage works, bulk earthworks & earthmoving, subdivision, erosion repairs.
• – Sand supply services including extraction and delivery functions from its five sand mines;
• – Operates a yellow goods plant & equipment wet hire business which includes an extensive range of small, medium and heavy plant;
• – Provides demolition, salvage including vegetation and asbestos removal services;
• – Operates liquid waste management collection and disposal services, with modern vacuum tankers grease and oil trap services and a strong focus on servicing the wine industry; and
• – Provides a range of other services to the civil and construction industries throughout the South West region including temporary fencing, portable facilities and traffic management.

PIA was the leading mezzanine finance backer in the acquisition of this business in by new owners in 2014. PIA has representation on the Advisory Board of this entity.
