Kronos Corporate is a management consultancy business established in 1997 that has specialised in Agribusiness and Regional Development.

The business was started within the PIA Group office and PIA was always the major shareholder in this business. Kronos was able to attract a strong group of people who had supply chain, risk and strategy expertise who had specific and practical experience in Australian agribusiness.

Kronos specialised in risk management, M&A advisory services, executive search, marketing strategy, industry restructure & review and regional development.

Kronos major clients included GrainCorp, CBH, AWB, ABB, ABA, Ausbulk, SunRice, CopRice, United Farmers Co-op, NETCO, SQP Co-op, Essential Services Commission, GRDC, Plant Health Australia, Pyrenees & Grampians Wine Industry, IPL, RIC, SFE, NAB, Ferrier Hodgson, Arthur Andersen, KPMG.

In 2008 PIA Group sold the Kronos Corporate business to Emerald Grain and the Kronos brand because the consulting arm of Emerald. Emerald continued to operate in the consulting sector under the Kronos brand until 2011.
