PIA Group was established in 1989 with a variety of commercial property investments as its initial purpose.

PIA Group today is the umbrella organisation for a range of investments across Australia.

The common links are the blue and gold logos, a range of common values and shared services. The link to rural & regional Australia is also a recurring common theme in determining the investment decisions undertaken by PIA Group.

PIA Group coordinates the shared services functions for many of the related companies particularly the wholly owned or majority owned ventures.

These shared services include accounting, finance, payroll, HR, recruitment, compliance, administration, legal, ITC, digital marketing, strategy and property related activities.

Business Planning, assessment of KPIs and Quarterly review of Balanced Scorecard targets are also common across the Group.
