The PIA Group Australia commenced operation in Australia in 1989. PIA, an acronym for property, investment and agribusiness, is an aggregation of strategic investments in operating businesses and development projects. The three areas for PIA are property ownership and development, operating Agribusiness entities and other key investments in non-agribusiness activities.

PIA holds investments in niche opportunities outside the Agribusiness arena. Many of these investments are also linked to rural and regional Australia. Investments are in securities, infrastructure and in operating businesses.

Yarra Psychology

In 2006 PIA invested in a start-up business that provides Psychological services to Corporate and private clients throughout Melbourne. The business operates independently.
