The PIA Group Australia commenced operation in Australia in 1989. PIA, an acronym for property, investment and agribusiness, is an aggregation of strategic investments in operating businesses and development projects. The three areas for PIA are property ownership and development, operating Agribusiness entities and other key investments in non-agribusiness activities.

Property

PIA Group Australia is actively involved in the property development, asset management and real estate industry in Australia. It primary focus is on commercial and industrial property but as appropriate it involves itself in residential development activities. Our investments are located in Queensland and Victoria.

PIA holds investments in niche opportunities outside the Agribusiness arena. Many of these investments are also linked to rural and regional Australia. Investments are in securities, infrastructure and in operating businesses.

Argiculture

Australian Agribusiness has a turnover in excess of A$100 Billion annually. PIA Group holds strategic investments in companies who are actively involved in the agribusiness sector in Australia. These investments are often undertaken with key strategic partners.
