The PIA Group Australia commenced operation in Australia in 1989. PIA, an acronym for property, investment and agribusiness, is an aggregation of strategic investments in operating businesses and development projects. The three areas for PIA are property ownership and development, operating Agribusiness entities and other key investments in non-agribusiness activities.


Property

PIA Group Australia is actively involved in the property development, asset management and real estate industry in Australia. It primary focus is on commercial and industrial property but as appropriate it involves itself in residential development activities. Our investments are located in Queensland and Victoria.

Storage One Self Storage

PIA Group Australia owns and operates self-storage properties throughout Australia. PIA owns its properties outright, or in some cases in conjunction with key partners. PIA operates under the Storage One brand and owns 100% of this brand and intellectual property.


A typical Storage One property comprises 400-600 storage units with an average unit size of 27-40m3. At Storage One we prefer to hold a larger than normal split (60%:40%) of commercial versus residential tenants.

Rhind Constructions

Seashift Properties  acquired an established construction business S&S Rhind business in 2007 and renamed Rhind Constructions. During the 2000-2010 period Rhind was engaged in Fraser Coast Airport project, 48ha Hervey Bay Airport Industrial Park and multiple offices, industrial and retail properties in Regional Queensland. Rhind Constructions was sold out of the Seashift Group in 2010.
