Merril Winney is a Director of PIA Group and several of its associated companies. Merril is the Principal of Yarra Psychology, she is a registered Clinical Psychologist who has worked in private practice for over ten years. Prior to moving into private practice, Merril worked for a corporate psychology company providing counselling, EAP and CI Programs and worked as an in-house psychologist for a large pharmaceutical organisation.
Merril graduated from Monash University with a Masters in Psychology, majoring in Counselling. Merril is a fully registered member of The Psychology Board of Australia, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Merril was granted membership of the Clinical College of the APS (MCCLP) in 2009. Prior to commencing psychology, Merril completed a B.Ed and B.Arts and worked for nine years as a school teacher, then spent 10 years at RMIT University as a lecturer and tutor in the field of Organisational Behaviour in the Faculty of Business and in the Faculty of Engineering.

Kelsey Winney is the Chief Operating Officer of PIA Group Australia and manages the day to day operations of the group of companies. Kelsey is a chartered accountant with at big four accounting firms where she focused on insolvency and credit modelling. Kelsey worked for Christie’s Auction House in London overseeing their Post War and Contemporary department before completing her MBA at IESE, The University of Navarra in Barcelona in 2023. She has experience in small business and strategic management,
